Baja Mission 2011

Open To:
Anyone 16 and Older
Children age 10 and up are welcome to come if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Purpose:
Partner with Ten Days Missions to build homes, street evangelize, conduct youth sports camps and high school assemblies. We will link arms with Baja Christian Ministries in reaching the peninsula of Baja through serving and loving people! Price: $1225 + $400 Travel
Why is the price split?
Because we are meeting people from all around the U.S. for this mission trip, the first price is set by Ten Days Missions. The team will meet in San Diego. The second price is our travel cost to/from San Diego.
$1225 covers:
• Lodging
• All Ground Transportation
• All Meals
• All building materials
• All outreach materials
$400 covers:
• Round-trip airfare to/from San Diego, CA
• Meals while traveling
Price Excludes:
• Items of personal nature (laundry, telephone bills, snacks, souvenirs, etc.).
Support
Writing support letters is the most effective way to raise funds. Ten Days has made it easy to raise money for your trip through online giving. Supporters may go to www.tendaysmissions.org and click the "Donate!" button to give. They may then follow instructions to make sure the money gets applied to your trip. We may also do fundraising events to help the team.
Application & Deposit
Your application must be filled out by going to www.tendaysmissions.org and clicking the "Sign Up!" button. You will need to pay a $10 application fee. As soon as you receive your confirmation email, please forward it to chrisdavis@midcities.org so that we know you've signed up. There is also a required non-refundable deposit of $100. This deposit goes to Mid-Cities. You can pay by check, but make sure to mark that the money is for "Baja Mission Deposit."
