Our Vision + Purpose
Kid-Cities offers classes for children birth through kindergarten. Classes are held during all Sunday morning services. Children are taught Bible Truths and experience learning through small and large groups using age appropriate creative play, music, hands on activities, and crafts.
In our Kids R Us worship area, children are taught Bible Truths through avenues such as puppets, drama, audio/visual media and have the opportunity to engage in authentic praise and worship with their peers.
Prior to each Kid-cities Service/Event, parents register their children at one of our check-in stations in City Center for each child to receive a nametag with an assigned ID number. Parents also receive a matching ID number. If a parent is needed during a service the number will be displayed on the large screens in the main sanctuary. Parents must have the nametag ID to enter Kid-cities to drop off or pick up their children.
Opportunities To Connect
Come make a difference in the lives of children each Sunday! We are looking for volunteers in all of our children's ministries. What is Kid-Move? Teams consisting of elementary children through adults who help enhance the worship experience for our early childhood and elementary children. These teams help to engage the children in worship using dance and motions. We have Kid-Move teams for our Early Childhood Ministry and Elementary Ministry. We want to celebrate the arrival of your new baby with you! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about the newest addition to your family. Be sure to tell us your baby’s name, weight, date of birth, and the parent(s) name.
We host a required class for parents interested in dedicating their babies in our Sunday morning church service. This class is offered four times per year, one week prior to the Baby Dedication Service. Parents are only required to attend this class one time.
