Mid-Cities

The Bible talks about money and possessions more than any other topic except love. Clearly, this is an important area in scripture. Our desire is to equip people to grow as stewards and submit their finances to God. When we apply biblical financial principles, we can experience financial freedom and life transformation.

Bonnie serves as the Family Financial Counselor for Mid-Cities. After earning a Bachelors's degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech in 1993, she realized that what she really enjoys is helping people with their finances. She then pursued a Master's Degree in Family Financial Planning in 1998. Now she has the opportunity to raise her children, assist her husband in ministry, and partner with people as they discover God's plan for His money! She is available to coach couples or individuals through the budgeting process, help develop a plan for debt reduction, and teach principles of God's economy.

Financial Peace

This interactive class is a video/discussion series with Jim my Evans sharing the essentials of marriage based on our relationship with Jesus. This series will help you prioritize your life, understand your mate, communicate in ways that one another can hear, set a framework for decisions, and much, much more. This is one of the best marriage series ever produced. If you want to grow your marriage, stay on track in a great marriage, or be reminded of the things you need to return to in your marriage, this will be a great series for you. Cost is $15 per couple. Begins Wednesday, April 7.

Raising Money-smart Kids

Prepare your kids for the reality of their financial futures. This class will combine sound biblical principles, helpful parenting skills, simple methods for kids to learn about money and specific techniques for parents to train their children to live healthy, successful God-honoring lives.

God’s Economy: Bigger than Your Budget

This 4 week class will equip you to be a better manager of God’s money. We will discuss misconceptions about money, figure out where all your money is going, explore ways to make money work for you, and discover the benefits of living a generous life.

Generation Change

Generation Change is Dave Ramsey's powerful series geared toward teenagers and is designed to equip teens to make wise financial decisions and will give them practical information and spiritual insight to live counter-culturally.

Financial Coaching

We have a team of volunteers that are gifted to walk with you on this journey. Regain control or your finances with personalized help from one of our financial coaches. They can assist you with creating a budget that works for you and your family as well developing a debt reduction plan.
